In short

identity.Forge (fucina.fun) is a platform for digital business cards. You create an account and add the contact details you want to show on your card. You decide yourself which data is visible to whom (QR / profile / private).

Which data do we process?

At registration: your email address and your password (password stored only as a hash). In your profile: the data you voluntarily enter – name, company, position, email, phone numbers, address, website, messengers (WhatsApp/Telegram), social media profiles, description, and optionally a profile picture and company logo. This data is stored with Supabase and – depending on your visibility setting – displayed publicly on your business card.

What happens technically?

The website runs on Cloudflare – the usual technical log data (e.g. your IP address) is collected there. Data and images are stored with Supabase.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Only technically necessary data is stored (e.g. your login session).

What is our legal basis?

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance) and (f) (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the service).

Your rights

You have the right at any time to access, rectify, erase, and restrict the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. You can permanently delete your profile yourself in the dashboard at any time – this removes all associated data and makes your QR code unreadable. For complaints, please contact a competent data protection supervisory authority. However, we are always ready to resolve your concern quickly and easily.
